Jane has a passion for partnering with professionals who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves. Authenticity, trust and deep listening are the cornerstone of her impactful leadership and coaching.

She has 30 years of experience in leadership positions, including designing and implementing new environmental legislation and policy, championing corporate environmental sustainability, and organizational and program design. Her coaching has supported transformational development for professionals across Canada and in the US.

Jane earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, Associate Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation, a Master in Environmental Studies from York University, a Bachelor of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from Saint Francis Xavier University.
